By car from the South - Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A591 past Kendal, through Windermere, Ambleside and Rydal and turn left into Grasmere at the roundabout. Moss Grove is 100m past the church.

By car from the North - Leave the M6 at Junction 40 and follow the A66 to Keswick. Follow signs for the A591 to Windermere. Turn right into Grasmere at the roundabout. Moss Grove is 100m past the church.

By train Travel to Oxenholme on the London Euston to Glasgow line. Local trains from Oxenholme to Windermere approximately every hour. Taxis available at Windermere.

By foot or cycle Follow the Coast to Coast route to Grasmere (shown as a dotted green line on the map of Cumbria above left).
